Super Savings Saturday: Walgreens & CVS

I picked up some good deals this week at Walgreens. Everything pictured was $24.82 after coupons and sales, but I paid with Register Rewards and did more than one transaction to pay very little out of pocket. I started the week with $27.00 in Register Rewards and ended with $25.00--still good. I planned to make one more trip to Walgreens on Friday for more Pull Ups, but it didn't happen. Oh well. My soon to be three year old son really needs to work harder in the potty training department. Too bad it seems like boys DO take longer than girls!
I also made it to CVS this week. CVS and I have been on and off for the last few months, but I really wanted to try to get some of the Christmas items that were free after Extra Bucks this week so I stopped in. I was only able to get the bows.....I missed out on the other deals because I went on Tuesday which was the last day of the sale. I asked for rainchecks for the items I missed, but was denied because they're only seasonal items.

I did however get to use the rainchecks I had for the school supplies from back in July and August. So everything pictured was FREE after Extra Bucks.

All in all, I'm happy with the savings!
